All payments are processed by Stackshala Technologies Private Limited. This policy applies to all subscriptions purchased through our platform.

1. Overview

At Stackshala Technologies Private Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided and how you can cancel your subscription.

2. Subscription Details

2.1 Subscription Period: All paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Enterprise) are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

2.2 No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to continue accessing paid features.

2.3 Expiration: Upon expiration, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free tier. You will receive notifications 7 days before expiration.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 No Cancellation Required: Since subscriptions do not auto-renew, there is no need to actively cancel your subscription. Simply do not renew when it expires.

3.2 Mid-Cycle Cancellation: If you wish to stop using the service during your subscription period, you can stop using it at any time. However, the subscription will remain active until the end of the 30-day period.

3.3 Account Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at contact@stackshala.com.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

Conditions:

  • Refund request must be made within 7 days of payment
  • Applies only to first-time purchases
  • Must not have violated our Terms of Service
  • Must not have abused the service or exceeded reasonable usage

4.2 Refunds After 7 Days

Refunds requested after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented service usage
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Service unavailability for extended periods

4.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after 7 days
  • Failure to use the service during the subscription period
  • Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial refunds for unused days

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to contact@stackshala.com
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide your payment/order ID (from Razorpay)
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Payment Gateway Policies

All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are subject to Razorpay's policies and processing times. Currency conversion fees (if applicable) may not be refundable.

7. Upgrades and Downgrades

7.1 Upgrades: If you upgrade from Basic to Pro during your subscription period, you will need to pay the full Pro subscription amount. The upgrade takes effect immediately.

7.2 Downgrades: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current subscription period. No refunds are provided for downgrading.

8. Free Tier

The Free tier is available indefinitely with usage limits. There is no cost, and no refund applies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free tier with notice.
